During filming, they just couldn't get Tommy Wiesau to stop laughing for most of the takes. When they could...the footage was unusable. So, we have this lovely moment because of that.

Lol, he didn't create shit. The guys nickname is the destroyer. Despite his 20 year awfulness, the actual talent trudged through his inane drivel, and lack of any substance, to produce hilarity and good radio. Despite gregshells best attempts to stop them from having too much fun without him.

I learned about The Room in 2009 from Louie CK when he was on O&A, he described it to them... then YEARS later Anthony actually watched it. But I can't blame them for forgetting Louie mentioned the Room, because I'm pretty sure it was the same show they all watched Paul O's own magnum opus "Gap." That movie was so awful it kills short term memory. Paul O wishes he had the talent of Tommy Wiseau.

If your a fan of bad as in Mystery Science Theater 3000 then this is the perfect film. Someone like my father who has no time for nonsense would not watch the Room for more then a minute and probably not even that long. The fact that the maker has no idea how bad it is almost adds to the cult following.

Tommy, for whatever reason, owns commercial real estate on the pier in San Francisco which is like the most expensive real estate in the country. Anyways, the audience bashes the movie the whole time, for example throwing plastic spoons as a picture framed spoon appears in almost every scene. The Mayfair Theatre has couches, its a riot, everyone should experience it.
