I never understood why some bosses just don't appreciate their employees success. Every job I've ever had, I always tried to work my way up and get a promotion. I had one job where my boss wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that I did more than I had to. He gave everyone else recognition and not me. Man it fucking pissed me off so I quit working there. I then heard that they struggled for a few months to get everything under control after I quit.
