Yo Opixz about your frame issue, you could try decreasing the shadow quality and volumetric lighting. I run a RTX 3090Ti, had the same issue with inconsistent frames and that fixed it for the most part

I noticed the same fps problem, dug into it and it seems that CoD has VRAM leak issues. It often happens on high-end build since there's more VRAM that the game can chug on. What basically happens is even if you're sitting in the lobby the VRAM usage for some reason starts climbing. Like 200 MBs of VRAM per second. And then when it peaks at your max VRAM. Let's say you have 4090, when it peaks at 24 gigs it'll start using RAM to support the game atm, but since RAM is much slower than VRAM, you start experiencing stutter's and fps drops. Currently there's no fix to this issue and from what I can see devs don't even know the issue exists.

most common reason for fps dropping on pc is after updates sometimes the config file resets and the cpu render worker count is messed in the options.4.cod23.cst file
