OPPO F9 5-Minute Charge 2-Hour Talk (True or False?) | Zeibiz

I tested the OPPO F9 VOOC Fast Charging capability and checked if the "5-minute charge 2-hour talk" claim is true or just a gimmick.
In this test, I made a regular cellular call to my other phone. I set the unit to Power Saving Mode and turned off the Wi-fi and Location Services.
There's only one concern in this process, my Unlimited Call Subscription is not allowing me to call more than 12 minutes so I have to reconnect the calls, which I believe makes extra power consumption.

Well, if you charge it for 5 min 29 sec, technically you can round that down to 5 min (when advertising), that should be enough for an extra 1 or 2 % battery and 10 min call time.
