I have an oppo F7 and so far its been my daily driver. Always been satisfied on how I used it based on my everyday needs. This device, the Oppo Find N is a dream phone. Very nostalgic feel with the flip phones back then, but with the latest advanced features of a flagship. Would be so grateful to have this holiday season. Kudos to UT for an honest and comparable review to other similar form factors. Looking forward to the performance review of this awesome device.

@@zeus9271 far from beating, foldable are very depended on personal preference, like how i prefer the narrower body design on the samsung because its easier to hold in one hand and using it with one hand. All oppo does is made a folding phone but thats all it did. It doesnt even do anything at all for the software to take advantage of the folding mechanism like how samsung does it on their phone. The aspect ratio when opening up is even more square than the z fold 3 and that is a terrible ratio because that means whether you turn it to the side or not thats all you get for video/photo viewing real estate. At least with the z fold when you turn side way the video/photo viewing is larger than even the Note series, cant say the same for this phone. If I have to carry a folding phone, when I open that thing up I expect that screen to be bigger than other phones for it to be worth carrying around a folding phone. Why the heck would I wanna carry a folding phone that even when you open it up its smaller than other phones? The only thing Oppo done right in this phone is the minimal crease you can see on the screen, that's it.

The Find N looks incredible and I feel you on the nostalgic aspect ratio. I would be eternally ecstatic if I got one in my hands. I'm especially impressed with how there is no gap in the folded form.

This is exactly how the folding phone should be and the fact that they close the gap is a massive improvement simply because it won't crush your phone. I've been waiting for a smaller phone that folds so you can still get big screen content. This solves a lot of issues now it's just a matter of making mechanics last. Always appreciate your videos and all the info that you give thanks for doing what you do keep it up

This phone looks really cool, I love how it is a little shorter and seems more one hand friendly, I miss those days, now phones are too big, but this seems the best of both worlds? One hand and large inner screen for content. I've had a few oppo phones now and they really are under rated. Essentially flag ship phones without being overpriced like apple or Samsung

No IP rating for it. And it looks very ugly. The 60hz front screen is gonna be very annoying. And based on the videos I've seen, most apps don't play well with this phone. I'll stick with my Fold 3.

@@samlovesjojo I think it's still ok to be 60hz because we will consuming media (video, game, or social app) on the bigger screen. Maybe we will just use that for chat or cam. But yeah, will be better if it's 120hz too 'cause a lot of mainstream app use that form factor.

Watch a real review, you won’t be. Oppo’s foldable phone is a step in the right direction, but there is more con’s than pro’s. Watch a review from Marques brownlee or mrwhoseboss if you want actual specs and a in depth review, this isen’t that kind of review - this is more of a showcase of the device where he just talks about the nice hinge and pretty design. And not about hardware, first party software and third party software compatibility.

Stay with your iPhone dude, its all hype until you start using it. Currently using android and no matter what features android offer, IOS will still be on top. I always buy into the newest android phone hype from the note3, S10+, S21 and now the fold 3 that I'm currently using, Android need to stop with the features and polish what they have now. Never lasted more than a month on an android. I'm still using the Fold3 because the form format is different although the software (android) pisses me off at some time.

It's the China version of the ColorOS the global version of ColorOS is very different I feel like it's underrated I've used OneUI 3.0 but I feel like ColorOS 11 is much smoother and the animations aren't half baked like OneUI. ColorOS 12 is even better

I am very interested in a folding phone. The fold 3 is almost there for me. If it had a recessed stylus, it’s an immediate buy. I like that there is no gap and the mechanism is crisp. If someone comes out with a fold with a recessed stylus, it’s a buy for me. My pixel 4 xl is about 25 months old. I will be in the market for a big ticket phone next year. I wonder what the market will be like next fall. I dabbled in Samsung with the note 7, but returned it due to the batter issue. common Samsung, give me the perfection I crave!
