Can't even lie, I did the Kickstarter for this and got to play with it. I use the grip mainly as a wireless charger, and it was honestly fun to use at concerts. I definitely don't use it for what it's probably made for, but it is comfortable and clutch for live events when you don't want to carry anything

I love this new area. I’m not well versed in the world of high end cameras, and this space of being able to get somewhat comparable shots and clips using a decent camera phone then I want to explore that space even more. I wanted to jump on the kickstarter but I missed it. I’ve been using Sandmarc stuff, still works and gets me what I need. I’m excited to see more and more content creators use this type stuff to see if you can still get the same quality. Lew! You should make some vids using this only and see how well it turns out. The ProGrip is awesome, though with my naked iPhone 13 mini I still have to be careful as it pops out quite easily. MagSafe would have been clutch - maybe in the next generation. I don't get the point of external lenses. Yes, you can take advantage of whatever you're phone's best sensor is, but you're losing light in the process which means your phone is bumping up ISO and/or slowing the exposure to compensate. Have yet to see someone publish a technical comparison that explains whether or not that trade-off makes any sense.

I think it’s for people don’t want to carry around a big heavy camera, I’ve been using my iPhones for the last five years and I watch someone like my sister who carries around this giant camera in my photos and videos for the most part always look better and one of the reasons I usually upgrade every year because the camera gets better and better every year especially on an iPhone I myself have two regular cameras one a DSLR and one mirror less camera and I almost never use them because it’s so much easier to just use what’s always on me and easy to edit and transfer etc. they just have to get the price down because even with the holiday sale it’s still over $500 but that’s everything really tempted to order it but not sure
