The lens switch is a lot smoother for sure. I remember the 3x lens jumping a little bit and the 6x being quite a bit worse. Now they're both pretty smooth. Great job Oppo! Now just waiting to see how it compares to the x100 Ultra 🫣

OPPO really underrated, ColorOS is way smoother than OneUI, not to mention it looks way way better, updates too are better in my experience, for me ColorOS is the best Android skin period

Nothing looks as good as one UI. One UI is a very beautiful UI you don't even need to customise it. ALL the other UIs including iOS are ugly. Very ugly.

7:42 it's because of EIS I think... I had this issue while recording moving tractor 🚜, I paned perfectly, and on the recording looked like i followed its trailer... This has to be fixed or at least toggle to turn off EIS. Also still to 10bit HEIC photography.

You can try to see if you can go to settings -> apps -> default apps and can setup a different default launcher there.

Yeah Android Auto and Google Wear is not working. Otherwise the AOD is nlt showing notification icons for global messaging apps. Otherwise nothing else I know of. But I will do a long term test pretty soon

Its not iPhone. Like stated currently I am testing the Xiaomi 14 as main and its 1 and a half month testing is almost over and I will switch to the Vivo X100 Pro for also aound 1 - 2 months testing. Before that I used the Huawei Mate X3 foldable as main amd before that the Sony Xperia 1 V iPhones are popular in Germany but definitely not the majority of sold sold Smartphones. Android based smartphones are dominating.

@@lltechview In general and from the feeling Oppo Find X7 Ultra is more appealing but on the paper I like Xiaomi 14 Ultra more. It has a 5300 battery (chinese version only), more bluetooth codecs like aptx adaptive codec that many headphones and TWS use now, HyperOS has many quality feature and it is for sure a better OS than ColorOS and not to forget that you can flash Xiaomi.eu rom or something else easily to solve Google apps, notification and other problems or for example if you want to have German language. Usually Xiaomi.eu and other roms are big improvements and offer many additional features, functions and customization options compared to original roms. Maybe there is also the possibillity to further improve the camera of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra because on the paper it is very good. You can't flash the Oppo. HyperOS but also ColorOS are full of ads from what I can see. I bought the S24 Ultra recently but somehow I don't like it that much. OneUI is superb but the cameras are a huge downgrade compared to my chinese version of the Vivo x100 Pro that I used for 3 months. S24 Ultra is only better in video (much better) but there is too much noise if it gets darker (still it is much better in video and the mics are better). I exchanged the first S24 Ultras due to dust under the camera glass. The second one I was forced to keep because they allowed only one exchange where I bought it but it has a more grainy display and this mura effect is particularly extreme on this unit, it is almost like the paper mode feature that Xiaomi has in their display settings that is on permanently. I must say that the display in general is good and I like the size of it but I don't like the unit that I have and the antireflective coating has no use to me due to I use tempered glass screen protector anyway. I had many different issues with Vivo besides the usual chinese rom issues. Maybe it was a problem with my unit but the mics on my Vivo x100 Pro were bad and often people couldn't hear me well and WhatsApp message were full of noise (I played with all possible settings incl. a hard reset but nothing helped). Vivo has strange mic problems in general and yes I tried all possible settings and I tried resetting it, too. In terms of mics it can't even be compared to Samsung. To summarize it, I don't like the display quality issues with the S24 Ultra, I don't like the camera for photos (the camera is dated and and upper midrange at most) and the speakers are not as good as the ones on Vivo x100 Pro. I also exchanged many Samsung devices in the past due to dust under the camera, this problem and other quality control issues seems to persist since ancient times. Tha last Samsung device that I had was a S21 Ultra that was stolen but the S24 Ultra is basically the same in therms of camera. S24 Ultra would be really great without the quality control issues, with better speakers and with Vivo's Carl Zeiss camera module and image processing. The main camera sensor on the S24 Ultra is so dated and I don't like the photos at all. That is why I think whether I should wait for the Vivo x100 Ultra, buy a Xiaomi 14 Ultra (seems to be the best alternative to S24 Ultra) or get the Oppo X7 Ultra. What phone do you like to use more? What phone has a better display, speakers, vibrating motor, software etc. in your opinion? What is the best phone overall in your opinion? For example, Vivo x100 Pro is only good in terms of camera but with everything else it is rather mediocre in my opinion.

not worth it. not notification ( i try everything ),no google pay ( bank app. working ), no android car,few chinese app. cannot been uninstalled and they are very annoying,messages is not function normal ( sometimes block messages with numbers or links ),etc.. i know is cheap phone but for me was big waste of money..maybe with global rom is different story but is not global rom for this phone..

Notifications arrive nor.ally after whitelisting the apps. And Google Pay works normally. Used it several times already. Some chinese apps can only be deactivated true. I can live with the rest. My car does not have Android Auto support anyway

hi,for notification you have to open the screen to see them ( which is not normal ), for google pay i try everything but my bank ( Lloyds -UK ) dont wanna accept to register my card..for the last 10-12 years i buy only chinese phones from Xiaomi,Vivo,Oppo etc.. believe me i know how to make the phone working in UK, but Oppo and Vivo if not building for global,you cant make it to work properly..!

@@k610y Ok. Weird. Its working fine for my german banks plus I can use PayPal with Google Pay. Anyway the notifications arrive. I also did not experience any delay. AOD on Oppo just does not show it which is true. For Vivo there is a workaround I showed already which works fine.
