I deleted instagram and Facebook years ago. Never been interested in Twitter. KZbin and Reddit still have me in their grip 😔

KZbin is by far the hardest to quit for me. I deleted the app to only be able to use it on browser. I found it helped getting sucked in since it doesn't push shorts and you can't background play a mini player so it's gone back to long form content.

I mean I appreciate you watching KZbin videos haha :D On a serious note, yes I agree with you..besides making KZbin videos I also watch a lot (probably too much) but just like you only long form..which is less addictive / less harmful for attention span in my experience.
