Not that I can even begin to understand the rules of opposite day, but I think you have to adjust the subject before the action, so I think....(I THINK) it would either have to be like the skit "I'm going to kill ME" or "I'm NOT going to kill ME." Eh...whatever, it was funny either way, best not to overthink it.

Well not everything is reversed in a sentence when it comes to opposite day, and the opposite of "you" isn't always "me". So if he says "I am going to kill YOU." that would mean "I am NOT going to kill YOU." ... I think... XD Overthinking cause thats NOT me. ;)
