As someone who live in South Africa, Copic markers are VERY expensive, I'm talking almost a R1500 just for 12 markers. And just to put this in perspective my monthly salary is R6000, so do the math if you would. Your videos make me so happy to see Ohuhu being good quality as they are much more affordable, being more or less R600 for nearly 20-25 markers. Thank you so much for your honest reviews, once I have a bit extra I'm definitely going to buy myself some!! P.S your art always cheers me up, there's just a wholesome vibe to it

Jazza did a complete comparison to give the crown of the best markers in the market between Copic and ohuhu and guess what ?? OHUHU WON hahahaha I have 5-6 sets and I love them so much they are an immediate recommendation from me , I only have cool grey copics and they aren’t that special tbh I don’t understand the crazy about them

As a beginner in the world of legitimate art supplies, I also think that it's worth it to get one of the small to midsized sets instead of the bigger sets. I often find that the "lighter" and the "darker" shades are often too similar to make any kind of use for shading and blending. Just a warning, you definitely need to use the included swatch cards before you even think of trying to create anything. I find that most colors are not at all true to the color on the cap. For the most part, I find that the cap is often much lighter than the actual color. At first, I had them organized by their color numbers and color families. I quickly learned that many are so much darker or completely different than the cap that I just completely reorganized them to put them closer to the colors they were most similar to. I have a lot of the reds in with the purples. Some of the blue-greens are either too blue or too green to classify them as blue-green. I have a few of the yellows with brown. Some of the purples fit with the blues. That's my only complaint.

And honestly Ohuhu are way better than copics in my opinion because the copics tend to dry very spotty. They will never be worth the money. So don’t think you’re missing out with Copics. Ohuhu are at the top the market

I'm pleasantly surprised at how juicy the gel pens were! And the 'coloured' fine liner packaging was definitely a tad confusing, especially since it was written on the black ones too- though! The diversity is nice, but it would make more sense having them as a 'mixed' pack rather than branding solely on the coloured. I have to agree that coloured brush liners would be a dream! The pieces turned out so nice! The coloured lineart really brought out a sort of dreamy feel to the last piece 😊

There is a marker that has brush nibs and fine liners in the same marker - the Graph-it B markers. ADC Art Attack uses them and loves them! I think they're easier to get in Europe than in the US

They're both really pretty but there's something about that cozy fox's smile that just gives me the warm and fuzzies. 😊

I love how you get multiples of white, since that's the colour that gets used the most. And the brush pen looks super juicy!

These are both so cute! The purple/pink flowers are adorable. The colored liners look fun! I have some fineliners that are pastel, and I was iffy about them but they actually are pastel and match the barrels, they're called LePen. The fox drawing is my favorite, I love the colors!

I always love your cute foxes but the pastel witch is adorable 😍 It was interesting to see the new products from Ohuhu, I love that brand! I just wanted to say that the newer set of pastel markers, called Blossoming, I think, crosses over with the 120 set. I can't remember exactly but I think there are 15 duplicates, something like that. So if anyone watching wants to buy one, just bear that in mind if they have the original 120 set.

The Ohuhu Maui are colourful water-based markers with a fineliner tip on one end and a brush on the other end, that kind of sounds like what you were looking for I think? Love your art in this video, as usual 😊

They're also good for colouring in tiny details on the more complicated adult colouring books out there. Or just for writing with in pretty colours.

Contact you ohuhu representative because huhu sels waterbased brush and fineliner markers! So they could probably help you to get them. 😊

Can I please be sponsored by Ohuhu? I don't have a KZbin or other channel but I am constantly being told off by friends and family for waffling on about how amazing anything Ohuhu is, and for recommending and/or getting people Ohuhu stuff when they want art stuff 😂😂 Does that count? 😂 I have been desperate for their pastel alcohol brush markers for ages but they're a lot of money unfortunately (almost £40 on Amazon UK 😢) so haven't been able to get them. I do have the original 48 brush markers and the same size (I think) set of skin tones brush markers, but I am definitely lacking the pastels side
@AlexaFaie11 ай бұрын
At least they're cheaper than copic I guess. £37.49 will get you a pack of 6 copic sketch pens. Ohuhu is pretty much the cheapest option out there that's any good.
@Littlewings121111 ай бұрын
@@AlexaFaie I agree, unfortunately I am disabled and unable to work so they're still expensive to me. Copics are way beyond my capabilities 😂
