Opposition Leader Kizza Besigye arrested in downtown Kampala

Former FDC President Col Dr Kizza Besigye has been arrested in downtown Kampala as he tried to make his way to the city centre.
The Opposition leader refused to leave his Car, and police instead towed the Car to Kampala central police station.
