1.There should be Proper unbiased code of Conduct for role and behaviour of every MPs/MLAs under the parliament/Legislature alike RPA for election of MPs. 2. There should be proper guidelines and warning limits before any such suspension. 3. It's very much important for the speaker to be unbiased during any punishment in the session( bcz Chaos is chaos no matter who is creating,it will disturb the whole session) 4. There should be time limits of suspension days e.g. 5-10 days (not for the entire session) as it'll affect the parliamentary proceedings and give power to LS to revoke such suspension (they will use it accordingly if ruling party is in majority).

Opposition make sure accountability for ruling parties members but at the time of session all the mp's(rulling+opposittions) need to work under the rules of the house. Because it is like non perennial river which conduct in fixed time for the discussion about issues and public welfare as well as nation welfare.
