Justice is absolutely essential for a civilized society. If 80% people in Indian jails are undertrials, surely we should increase the numbers of Judges in our courts at every level so that undertrials are cleared at the earliest. Unbearable injustice happening in our country, no hope of redressal.

A really insightful discussion, but also extremely worrying for the state of our democracy and the opposition. It also worries me that despite these grim challenges, people are not turning out to vote (as the polling trend shows in phase I and II).
