This is such an interesting video and I’m so glad I found it because I have been saying that I’m unhappy for quite a while now. But what I’ve taken from this conversation is that I must be intentional to fight my way out of the feelings of unhappiness and doing things like keeping my mind busy with positive things is very important. In other words, keep going, keep moving. I also got that I should make myself small so that I can understand and be able to hear what it is that I need to do to make the proper changes and to remember that I am not alone in this world and part of something much bigger. When you make your feelings so huge you trick yourself into thinking that you are above and beyond any solution and no one can help you, no one understands you which is a total lie and a trap that will only continue the viscous cycle. I need to come back down from my feelings and try, try again.
