Hi Maheswari Sanjeevan, That's depends on your preference. You could get your H1B as well as apply for a Canadian PR as a back up. If you can in the meantime find a job in Canada in your field, you could go straight for a Canadian work permit or a PR. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching!

Yes of course! From a stand point of gaining extra points CRS score, you will have to have a minimum proficiency of CLB level 5 as a second language..
