The esports scene definitely needs to become way more professional. There needs to be gms on every team handling the team business. That would help in many ways, including players no longer being blamed for dropping teammates. They would help get subs or reserves just in case teams drop someone or a player gets injured and they'll have the best possible option to bring a talented player in without all the hassle.

Had to come back to this pod and see if anyone else has seen dashy talk about the issues they had and if the players or Rambo. Even hecz have something to say. Like what dashy said was heavy. Especially when he said that he’d be the first one there for the most part. Late once and fined but illey was late a week prior. On top of that. Dashy having a guy who’s always on the optic discord confirm that he’s normally on time and waits for everyone else. Competitive me, got a little frustrated when dashy was saying that Rambo left mid scrims to play bowling too. I do wish that whatever team dashy plays for.
