@@PapaSmurfGames that’s the only bad thing about it, every pro/ content creator said it was the best event in the cdl era and karma said it was the loudest the fans have ever been. Just have to hope the energy stays consistent next year

Hitch from TST said the CDL sent over the raw gameplay files from each POV and the comms aswell and said it was like over 300 Gigs to download.. Then he upscaled it so it's the raw gameplay files that's why it looks so good, cuz I think usually it's the broadcast footage of gameplay seems like the CDL is listening somewhat.

That's an insane amount of prep for the vid, it definitely payed off. Hoping it becomes a regular thing

@@lilpiglet1 Yeah, Hitch said Rog and JP were happy to get the footage this way instead of just using the broadcast footage. obv if you re-record the broadcast footage it's not going to look as good w/ it being a recording of a recording if that makes sense. Roger does a phenomenal job of wanting/making the best of quality vids so he was actually happy to get the raw files. The CDL ever since the Microsoft acquisition seem to be doing better things. But hell yeah that's a lot of prep and editing to get this out this quick.. S/O the behind the scenes OpTic members that don't get the credit but they're the ones that make masterpieces happen.💚💚💚

The moment I knew OpTic won was when we won map two. Hydra dropped 15 kills, we got blooded round 11, and we win the 3v4 for the map. After that, I was confident we'd win 5-1 or 5-2
