Which is better the humphris immediate contrast, prism dissociative red/green balance or the prism dissociative blur test? Are there any cases where you would prefer one over the other?

THINK YOU SO MUCH PROFESSOR, My question is how to deal with the plus Lens as an occluder, if de VA drop by just 2 lines and then we begun refracting the other eye? BEST REGUARDS

Accommodation is a bilateral situation, adding plus lenses will stop stimulus for accommodation. Then we can do the subjective refraction for one side till reaching best VA then we fog both sides with plus lenses to make sure no accommodation, followed by doing subjective refraction to the second eye.
