Just in relation to recovering the caroming perk upon disassembling the level 9 noxious longbow: as long as the item is at least level 8, all installed gizmos are recovered, so you don't need to worry about losing the perk.

You an get biting 3 pretty easy just lower your invention level usgind the gwd 1 snow to 68 I think and you'll get it affordably.
