This might be the only time I catch you guys on, love your videos I've literally have gotten rid of around 80% of my pain and that's thanks to you guys!!!! i have a quick question though, In all of your lower back pain and sciatica you guys say it's good if you start to centralize the pain, the only question is what next, I've just recently started to feel the pain only in my lower back no more crazy pain of sciatica but now what I'm kinda lost and I really want to be pain free it's been almost 3 years of daily pain, since I started watching your videos and doing your recommended exercises it's been 4 weeks of almost no pain and zero pain killers, if you do answer cool if not thanks any way God bless you guys and I really wish you guys a healthy back

Brad, I can't locate the video where you mentioned a back problem where the pain was relieved when the person bent over. You mentioned that when you see people in the grocery store leaning on their carts, it was probably due to this condition. I can not remember the name of the condition. Was it spinal stenosis? Thanks Brad. You guys have had a big impact on my well-being and health. I appreciate it so much.

the opening song made my day, by the way, i used to use the towel method but i wanted to get an actual lumbar support, i ended up buying the go lumbar support one and it really is amazing, i love that it has straps so it stays put on my car seat when i'm driving, it doesn't slip around like other lumbar supports i've used

Anything that causes me to lean forward is what gets me because it puts pressure on my hips and causes hip and leg pain. Any suggestion or can you direct me to a source to help with hip pain while on car trips? (Doctor says I have sciatica) We have bucket seats in our sports car. Thanks for all you do to help people!

I tried these all over the years but never got a good one. I did put on a simple back brace if I was driving over 1/2 an hour , this works well.

Could you please tell me if I can purchase the thin dense rectangular lumbar supports you sometimes give your patients as mentioned in another of your lumbar support videos? The half pool noodle support is even too thick for me, ( or not wide enough ) but I would like to try the thin rectangular one. Thank you.

I'm so frustrated with my camry. The 1st year of owning the car, no issues whatsoever. Then i started experiencing screeching sound when I'd bring my seat up in order to see well when driving. I had to buy a lumbar support from relax the back which i had to flip it upside down because of the upper back not being well supported by the gawd awful seat. What would u recommend as far as as upper and lower support b4 i decide to dump this car. I already suffered from sciatica pain. I have bulging on my low back. Various bulges in between disks. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced since owning a camry with seat issues that dealer has changed out to no avail. Thank u in advance
