Excellent lecture Dr Laitman! You mentioned all the potential side affects, but my son had only transient drooling his first few days. No other neuroleptic touched his psychosis. We tried them ALL over 10 years, and this was with med compliance, as he was in mental health court and on private conservatorship. We even tried nuplazid in combo with other neuroleptics towards the end. Within 3 days 10-12 yrs of psychosis stopped on clozapine. It was a miracle.

How do you continue treating patient with Clozaril when patient had myocarditis and seizure. Patient had very high liver enzyme when taking Deparkote and VIMPAT to control seizure. What other options for seizure medication? and rechallege Clozaril when having myocarditis
