I think that if you're an entrepreneur, want to be an entrepreneur, or want to work on improving your mindset so that you can prepare yourself for success, this keynote has a crazy amount of value to provide for you. Mindset is so absurdly important and if you don't understand that and work on improving how you see things (both good and bad) that happen in your life, you will lose.
Thank you for watching this video. I hope that you keep up with the daily videos I post on the channel, subscribe, and share your learnings with those that need to hear it. Your comments are my oxygen, so please take a second and say ‘Hey’ ;).

You assisted in helping my work day go by smooth at my miserable JOB. My biggest take away from this keynote was recognizing how truly in tune your words are with your actions, when you say you care so much about people, then you offer Shane the once in a lifetime opportunity to come spend a day at Vaynermedia. What a true selfless Man you are. I love you man! You're the best!

What made me feel the most: I am a crier. I shed tears during high emotional moments, happy or sad, and it feels great. When you offered to fly that guy with the slight handicap out to your office it hit powerfully. I was already a major fan of you but that took it to a whole new level. I am a co-founder of a company that supports companies expanding internationally called weConnect (almost 200 direct staff now) and at least 8 times during this speech I wrote my self an email about how I was going to support my staff better, ask clients for more feedback and generally approach work, family, raising kids and life. You freaking rock bro. I loveeeeeeeeee it!! Haha And by the way gawd damn Dutch Bros has an amazing energy as a company wow.

Shane Nicolich it takes so much courage to do what you do and run a Marathon. As a former professional athlete I can tell you that. Now for personal (weight) reasons, I started running 2 months ago, while I committed to myself not to stop until I get back to my desired weight. In one of Garry's videos he says how he started working out and he will not quit because he doesn't want to let his personal trainer down.

Inspirational, motivational, educational, and funny as hell. Best 2.5 hours ever made on KZbin. To answer your question at the end, what I felt the most was the part about being a manager truly does reverse everything you’ve ever known before becoming one. Employees automatically judge and put you on their shit list. It’s very difficult because managers are humans too. While trying to be empathetic and there for your team, you also have to act like you have it all under control and that you don’t give a shit what they think of you.

Right now I’m a senior in High School & in a huge position of influence with my High school Band. & I have a problem with a few teachers & directors above me who aren’t doing what they should in that position, & also just destroying relationships with their students with negativity. When this year started I realized the kind of influence & constant evaluation I was getting from the other students with my position. I’ve made it my goal everyday to not loose my positivity, not get below 100%, & do everything for the students/my peers. Since July, I’ve been pumping out all this & ive seen not only an entire organization flip 180 but even the directors I had problems with are slowly changing towards a more positive perspective. This journey of getting to this position & the journey now that I’m constantly crushing micro problems with these kids, & excelling at making their legacy a good one, has been the most rewarding experience by far. This keynote just lays it all out on the table & really dials in the focus for me. Thank you Gary ❤️🔥

Listened to this on my podcast last night. Marathon Q&A, many brilliant insights and it must be said a beautiful act of kindness to someone in the house.

Just got to the end of the video..... To answer your question. My favorite part was what you said about not listening to the opinions of those closest to you and just do what you are driven to do. Only change your direction if it doesn't sit well with you and not what others say. THANKS!

What made me “feel” the most was when you invited the guy with MS to your company. The fact that you used your position of power to care for someone who could do nothing for you was deeply moving and inspired me to want to succeed to be able to do the same thing.

2 and a half hour of constant motivation and Man, I feel UP. Working on my stuff and listening to this. Woah. Enlightening. No more excuses, no complaints. Every word you utter teaches me that becoming an entrepreneur is no easy shit and at the same time, motivates the hell outta me to go out there and do it....for no one but MYSELF. And I WILL. Listening to you every morning makes my day. It feels so positive. I'm a junior architect, just quit my job to pursue a masters degree in urban design/planning outside India. I FEEL UNSTOPPABLE. Cheers from India, Gary.

It's hard to say what MADE ME FEEL THE MOST. I've played parts of this over and over again because it's all just some really HEAVY stuff. At some points made me cry but I think the part about figuring out sitting down and asking the people who know you to be completely honest keeps playing back in my head. I've been told you know you empathize alot or you are self aware as in you know what you value. Decisions decisions and courage. Anyways thanks for uploading this entire talk. It's my favorite video ever.

I cried when he told the Dishwasher he was flying him to NYC. So much respect for @garyvee Edit: Not only for the change he is going to make in that man’s life, but because in my mind Gary had already pre-decided he was going to take one person with him to New York and that not only makes GV empathetic, but brilliant. The man is a thinking machine with the ability to execute his thoughts and turn them into actions. If you are the last person on the planet who has not followed him… I am throwing it out there; you should.

I feel the most the parts about not giving a fuck in general. Love people, love ur friends, love ur family but fuck them. Respect people u dont even know but also fuck it. Im/was the kind of person who gets very stuck on peoples opnion and finally im figuring it out the fuck why i give a damn about it, the "what im scared of them to see", and of course its failure, not because i had everything (because i didnt) but because i wanna make it diferent, i wanna be the one who will raise the bar in my family's game and this also scares the shit out of me. Thank u so much for this wake up call. Puuure diamond. Love u! 🙏🏼

What I felt the most was when you talked about how society focuses so much on fixing your weaknesses when what we should be doing is capitalizing on what we know we're good at. I spend so much time focusing on what's wrong with me that I'm not even really sure what my strengths are anymore. I'm going to put more effort into positive self awareness instead of ragging on myself all the time for my faults. We ALL fuck up. That's not where the focus should go. I need to spend more time on what's going to lift me up in this life! Such a good talk. Thank you for being you!

I fell asleep listening to a different video and woke up halfway into this video during the part about Oprah Winfrey noticing others which allowed me to understand at a deeper level-it’s about caring more for the consumer. Thank you. I’m fired up to work harder in my business because I realize I love helping people more than anything else. Making that my guiding light melted my resistance to making content. Making content selfishly for things is nothing compared to making content for impact. ❤
