Dropping my massive thanks for your playlist. Before I didn't really have much motivation and the fundamental playlists are a drag compared to these - breaking all the important aim categories down into daily endeavors made it all approachable, and even made it fun to see how I would do on the categories each day. I started your playlists as a gold and now I am one score away from diamond complete. I couldn't thank you enough and I genuinely think this is one of if not the best, most approachable ways to train, especially for those starting out, and you are a godsend for hopeful aim grinders

idk if this has been mentioned, but I found this routine is helping my mouse grip significantly. I use to use a very game specific mouse grip, if playing valorant I plant my arm (subconsciously, I dont consciously try and do this) and use that for more stability but sacrifice ROM. This routine forces you to be precise and have a good ROM, so it forces me to not use different grip crutches to help me in aim specific games :)

I understand this would really help with getting better scores in the benchmarks but is this method also for getting better aim in game efficiently? Let's say I aim train for Apex Legends, with this method I would only play tracking like twice a week. If I would do the voltaic fundamentals playlist, I would do less tracking scenarios per day but still daily. Since sleep helps with learning new things wouldn't it be better to practice more often? Distributed practice is usually a better thing for learning and retention compared to doing a lot at once. So wouldn't it be better to do a little bit of every aspect every day compared to a lot only once a week? Nice video BTW
@Lowgravity562 жыл бұрын
Hello! First of all thanks for your comment! Feedback is what makes us get better. So, to answer averything: - Will you get better aim efficiently? Yes. maybe what you say about the daily practice vs training a lot in a day is true, but the fundamental playlists simply don't offer the variety of scenarios per aiming technique (and repetition you need to learn the motion you are performing) you need to improve every aspect of your aim. With my playlists you are training with (what I think are) the best bot types for every technique + the benchmarks. I made these playlists with the specific intention to separate every technique, because I think this helps reinforce the idea that you must train with the proper form and goal in mind for every category. While aiming as a whole is "one thing" the separation of the techniques is what will help you perfect it. Think about it like lifting weights; my method is the equivalent to doing a 7 day split, on mondays training only a specific muscle group e.g upper body, with the proper form and exercises to maximize your gains and make the best of your training, then, on tuesday, you let that muscle group rest and completely shift your focus to leg day, also doing the proper exercises. In aiming this is the same, every technique has specific functions and ways to play them, and jumping from technique to technique doing the fundamental playlist or any other "general" playlist is more likely to make you train without the correct goals in mind, btw this is why I added the recommended videos in the description, so you know what you have to train. - getting good "overall aim" and good aim for a specific game is not the same, since most games favour specific techniques over others, in you example, Apex favours tracking and evasive target switching vs other games like Valorant or CSGO that favour static and dynamic clicking or COD that favours speedTS. So, if what you want is to get better aim for a specific game, you should focus more on the specific techniques favoured by the game (and still practice the others, but with a lot more practice on the techniques you will use more often) in contrast, to get better aim in general, you need to focus on every technique, to build a solid foundation and understanding of each aiming category, which is what you would do in my playlists. - Having said this, I still think my method would help you get better aim in games, because even though games tend to favour specific techniques, the techniques themselves do have a lot of overlap, which means that getting better at one technique will feed to another, making you better at that one too. For example, if you get better at smooth tracking you will get better at reactive tracking and target switching, static clicking help with dynamic clicking (obviously) and reactive tracking helps with every technique because of your ability to react faster, etc. - basically, I do think this is the most optimal way to improve your overall aim + still focus on the benchmarks. Technically if you didn't care about the benchmarks at all, these playlists could even be more optimized to include even more variety and repetition, but they are a good compromise of overall improvement + benchmark practice, since those were the goals I had in mind when making them and because the benchmarks do require a little grinding to sctually beat pb's. - that is all my friend, in the end we could talk for hours, so I think the best course of action would be for you to simply try them for 1 or 2 weeks and see if you feel improvement for them, I have gotten A LOT of positive feedback from them and I myself just got Jade Complete, so I don't think you'll be dissappointed! (Unless you expect miracle playlists that instantly make you a Nova, but trust me, that doesn't exist lol) That is all, take care, and happy grinding my friend!
@NigelAquascaping2 жыл бұрын
@@Lowgravity56 thanks for your detailed reply, Useful! I tried the precise tracking playlist and I must say I really like the scenarios and how the benchmark scenarios blend in the playlist. The scenarios give a good warm up and give more confidence when doing the benchmarks scenarios with less pressure as well. I kinda like this concept! I usually get bored fast haha and all playlists I usually bring bring the scenarios down to just one run to keep it more fresh. What I was thinking about your playlist is to bring them all down to 1 except for the benchmarks. For example run the benchmarks 3 times in a playlist. It would shorten the playlist by a large amount. I believe with my method the playlist takes like 30 minutes. Which makes me think to maybe run two of your playlists per day. What are your thoughts about bringing them down to 1. It would be something in between the fundamentals playlist and your original idea of this playlists.
@Lowgravity562 жыл бұрын
@@NigelAquascaping if you think that is a good idea you are welcome to try it! The playlists are for the community to do with them what they want. I personally like them the way they are because one run for scenario is too little, but to each their own! Thanks for the comments. Cheers.

Just came back to this video after training every day for the past month and almost reaching diamond. At the moment I am just playing fundamentals and it's getting a little boring so I'll give this a try to switch it up. Really like the way you have put this routine together and your reasoning behind it makes a lot of sense. My only concern is that with only training one aim type per session you then go a whole week before training it again. Hopefully the more intensive traning for the specific aim type will make up for this and I'll be able to progress. At the moment my static scores are really holding me back so hopefully this will help me break through.

Thank you for sharing these with the public. I appreciate the time and effort it surely took you to compile each one. I've been using them a little the last few days and like them a lot. I plan to start using them consistently as intended and can hopefully update with significant improvements later. I'm curious if you have an opinion regarding what sensitivity to use in Kovaaks though. I mostly play Valorant with a lower sens (usually 45-50cm/360). Most scenarios in Kovaaks seem nearly impossible to do well, with that sens though. I'm fine with changing sens and can adapt to different ones pretty quickly, so I've been finding whatever is most comfortable for the given scenario (usually 25-35cm/360). However, this has me constantly changing my sens to help get the best score on the current scenario. Do you think I should pick one that seems most comfortable for the majority of scenarios and focus on getting better with it in all scenarios? Does it even matter?

Thank you for the playlists, I was looking for something new after my recent PureG burnout. One question though: I usually run my playlists with the scenario randomizer on, run each scenario only once, and repeat the whole playlist afterwards, in order to avoid repetition. Should I do the same here, or follow each playlist as is? I know it's probably personal preference, but I'd like to hear your opinion.
@Lowgravity562 жыл бұрын
Hello! Thabks for the comment! To answer your question, yes, it is mostly personal preference, but I actually made these with the intention to play them in the order they are presented (so no randomizer) because they tend to go from easier to harder as a way to help you beat pb's. Having said this, I don't think playing them in a random order would be very detrimental! But if you ask me, use them in order.

@@Lowgravity56 Hi again! I'd like to ask some questions again and tell about my progress. So far I've noticed improvments in clicking and tracking, flick shots became more precise, my hand and fingers tense up less in some conditions which was one of the main habbits that I wanted to break and that's amaizing. As for benchmarking, in clicking benchmarks I could beat my highscores several times in a row and that was unbelievable since I'm quite bad at clicking scenarios. Also I got silver within a week I couldn't even imagine that I'll get it so fast. Now I'd like to ask some questions. I used to get high scores in tracking scenarios but when I started to use the tips from must watch videos they got way lower and I'd like to know is it okay? If it's physicaly hard or I don't have enoug time to do both V.D.I.M and voltaic fundamental routine should I prioritise the V.D.I.M (since it gives challenging and sorted routines)? Is it possible to get bad habbtis with these challenging scenarios or it's just my unreasonable fear? Will you make a guide for all of the scenarios like Voltaic does by giving brief description, how to do it and some tips on what you should focus on since must watch videos give the basis of what types of scenario X look like and what you should do but some of the variations can be confusing to do and when I start playing them I can't get rid of the idea that something isn't right Overall, I can see great improvments from your method and it's only week 1!

@@welgraz3975 congrats on your improvement! About your questions, if you are doing the Novice routines according to your level then you should be fine, try to play them to the best of your ability. If you have doubts on how to play a specific scenario I suggest you search in youtube for videos of good aimers playing them so you know what you have to do, or ask in the fpsaimtrainer or voltaic's subreddit or discord servers! If you have to prioritize between VDIM or fundamental choose the VDIM. Cheers! And again, congrats on your scores!

Hey 1 question. Why do you recommend to adjust settings to get the highest scores? For example increasing FOV for target switching? I mean it helps to get a better score but if my goal is to become better at a game wouldn't it be better to use the same FOV that I use for my game?
@Lowgravity56 Жыл бұрын
Hello! Not really! The reason for this is simple: you are using the fov that allows you to see all the targets! When aimtraining in target switching scenarios you are training your ability to quickly switch between targets, NOT your prediction of target spawns. Using a higher fov makes it so that you can see the whole map, it's not like a "cheat" or something that actually makes the aiming aspect easier (in fact one could argue that it makes it harder since the targets appear smaller). So that's it!
