I will need to undergo a cervical spine surgery in the next weeks due to severe stenosis (compression due to disc herniation and thickening of posterior ligaments) and worrisome neurological symptoms on my upper limbs. Even though I will need the surgery, your videos have already helped me very much. I only wish I knew your work sooner. You’re like an angel in my life 🙏. Keep doing the good work.

I´m seeing a specialist surgeon next month due to MRI showing disc degeneration compressing nerves in the cervical spine. Thanks to my GP for referring me immediately when I described the symptoms of tingling and numbness in the arm. But in the meantime your videos has helped me choose a adjustable ergonomic recliner since I sit a lot due to circumstances that can´t be helped. And I credit your version of the scalene stretch especially in the assortment of movements that´s helped reduce some of the symptoms, now I can at least enjoy having dinner with my wife or watch a movie without the discomfort bothering me to much. It´s still bad at times but it´s heading in the right direction.

yep, because of the vicious cycle that I describe here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/npWtYntjYtqEpKs. This posture closes the rib cage and therefore can cause rib pain
