Best summary of this book I can find, so thank you. Re 'Invest In Loss'. Kings of Leon guitarist broke his collarbone so for a while could only play the guitar higher up the fretboard. This lead to him writing the riff for their biggest hit, 'Sex on Fire'.

I do one sun salutation, 10 pull-ups, 100 burpees, 1,000 meters rowing, 10,000 steps, and I move my body exercise-wise for 25 minutes per day--and hit the trail for a hike/run every day. 6:30 That kind of goes against the initial advice of having a growth mindset. I think he is just trying to rationalize why he quit that he initially made the right decision but lost the desire to be the best. The lesson there is that you need to learn that you will burn out so pick something that ease with your style when you have already dedicated a huge amount of time to your style because we have so much in us to learn. so I am going back that he made the wrong decision for his moment in time , he should have gone for the easier route, and why he couldn't switch back? I feel like he is trying to rationalize again.
