i've got i5 4590 rx 580 8gb vram and ddr3 16gb ram and im getting pretty low fps, in battle royale im getting 50-60 fps, ( i got 60 fps locked cuz it just drops whenever im in a fight) is there any way to fix it? i tweaked literally everything that is in windows, only thing that is left to my mind is upgrading cpu

it means its just your Motherboard, look it up and look if it can get to gen 4, if not your gpu should be fine
