I suggest using ultra-low PC settings to achieve a stable 60fps. However, if you prefer better visual quality, I've just released low-end PC settings that look better but result in lower FPS (with a GTX 1050 Ti, you can expect around 40fps).

AC on big maps with traffic need good CPU and lot of ram more than good GPU. Low settings may help a bit but 1050ti is good enough and it's not a bottleneck in this game. I'm 1050ti user myself and I play with Oculus CV1 so... Beyond that it can handle ACC on fullHD and mid graphics in 60fps... On server with full grid.

Yes, but don't expect it to run smoothly. I use a Ryzen 5 3400G with Vega 11 Integrated Graphics. The graphics are crap, the FPS drops like crazy. But you can still play it if you really want to.
