Good video! So is the first Graphic "GAS" the Adaptation of one Training and the second one "Good" the Graph of multiple Training Weeks? And the "Fitness" Curve in the second graph is so to say the conclusion of multiple adaptations we saw in the "Gas"-graphic?

@@FlowHighPerformance1 Thank you for your answer! So the second graph "Good" includes a kind of overreaching phase in week 4, where the fatigue is higher than fitness and the performance drops, correct? So even if the volume is so high in week 4, that we cant recover the fatigue completely from workout to workout, there is always a GAS-process after each workout which increases the fitness but this is masked by not recovering the fatigue?
