If you tap into some weekly small cap stock options those stocks Delta changes every 50 cent and a lot of these stocks have atr of $1-$2 + daily. So you can make a bag by capturing a 40 to 80 cent move . With the small Cap stocks you can get cheap options At The Money with high Delta and lower theta. Ex. $NIO IF you pick 10 ATM call options for $60 a contract with a 45 Delta , if you catch a 50 cent move in stock to the upside you make $45 per contract would equal $450 High percentage returns from picking the rt stocks with the rt contract selection is key the Greeks are how you can understand how your money is going to move and if the contract is the best place to leverage your money. It Also helps develop a trading plan and calculate potential profits based on your price targets and the Delta on your contracts

Delta is an approximation of the % chance of the option being in the money at expiration

Delta explanation is wrong, delta of 0.5 for one single call will take +$0.5 on a $1 change, not +$50, you did the delta for a 100 call. But appart from that, great video thank you
