Thanks for another great video! I noticed a copy/paste error on the slide at 39:25 where the word "Call" should be "Put" in a couple of spots. But thanks again for great content!

Excellent trainer and slides, sadly most of the video's content was other spreads not Butterfly related

Debit spreads do not give 100% profits when you hit the strike price and it is not prudent to close them then, since time plays a key role. You might have to wait till the last day of expiry - can you please clarify ? This has been my experience - you can hit the strike price on the first day, but never make 100%. Two things contribute to a debit spread - strike price & time. The buy "call" leg might maximize, but the sell "call" leg will never provide you 100% till the expiry date.

In order to earn a max profit on the butterfly , it has to land in your short strikes (target ) by the time of expiration to get the most reward . You can potentially get a 5:1 or more in your favor but it's very unlikely for price to land exactly on your strikes by the time of expiration. This is more of a conservative strategy that gives consistent low risk , low reward, but high probability of success
