Thanks. I am here in USA for couple of months and believe me, it is so difficult to understand american English. 90% of each word spoken, goes up in the air. I only guess to understand the word out of the balance 10% only.

Yes you are right .It is not CRO. The common name for oscilloscope is the one that people use it like that. On my accent some people have commented " laughing aloud (PLAMO)". All of my countrymen speak English like that.As long as the matter is conveyed well, accent hardly matters.These are technical subject and not English novel to be read. My attempt has been to to share my experience on all possible electrical / electronics practical subjects that I have learnt in past 40 years.

Thanks for sharing the video, bro 🙏 But I see grounding on both input and output sides. Can't understand the isolation bit. I was confused when you started with opto coupler, quickly followed by opto-triac, where the output current can flow in both directions. The voltage displays were helpful, indeed.

In simulation software, unless both are grounded it does not work. But in actual use for isolation ac side is not grounded.Opto coupler is a broad name. It can be opto LED : transistor, LED :triac, LED: diac, LED : logic gates like that

Thanks for video sir. I am trying to trigger SCR(2P4M) using a logic circuit. The logic circuit will give input to optocoupler MCR 2E. The optocoupler is connected in similar fashion as you have shown in video. But to connect output of optocoupler to gate terminal of SCR, I will have to take which terminal out of optocoupler?

@b131188 you can use ULN200X series IC to run lo power motors. search in google.com and select images look the circuits which suits you better use that.

Santosh Babu use moc 3021 not 3063 which is a zvs opto and can not control Ac firing angle

Santosh Babu providing PWM also it would not control with opto and triac. One needs to use mosfet or igbt. Watch my other videos of ac pwm

thank you sir it is working but there is no medium speed I am getting only full and off stage when I have connected with fan. is there is any way to do it I am using Node MCU for PWM. I have tried a lot, Any help will be highly appreciated

I mentioned earlier. PWM way triac will never work. Power control by Triac can only be done by firing angle control and not PWM control . It appears your fundamental is not clear.Watch my video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aH3RiHuvo8utg9U
