OPULENT MUSK (EDP) by Lattafa....Ana Abiyedh Rouge turns rogue!!!!!

I got Opulent Musk this week and I’m seriously considering buying a backup. From the first spray I loved it. 11 hours later its still on my skin and I’m still getting a sweet musk with a hint of the saffron. Amazing! I’ve got rogue coming and I’m looking forward to it too

This is one of my favorites now! Sharp & piercing is a truly accurate description. But when the piercing wears off, it's a great daily "go to work" scent...Well, at least for me. I'm hooked on Lattafa musk. Have several different versions.

Okay so musk mood is sharp, clean powerful musk, a very nice fragrance that is unisex with a feminine lean, and very long lasting…..opulent musk is basically BR540 (Ana abiyedh Rouge) with a sharp, piercing slightly weird musk note over the top. To be fair the musk in musk mood suits the overall fragrance…but the musk in opulent musk just sits a bit awkward…and almost doesn’t suit the fragrance. personally I enjoy musk mood way more as it has stunning performance and comes across as clean, and like you have just put fresh laundered clothes on. Whilst the musk in both of the fragrances is a similar kind of musk, really it is how the musk sits in the fragrance as to which one works better and providing you are ok with a feminine leaning fragrance musk mood is the winner. I really hope that my answer and my logic is understandable and that it helps you. Regards from…JL

This fragrance is not close to instant crush it’s like they experimented with a musky overdose on top of BR540…..if you want Lattafa’s version of instant crush then check out afkaar (although it’s very difficult to get hold of) it’s a stunning version of instant crush….JL

It's the oud ..let it sit for a few months and try it again...I got Oud Mood and it had the same sharp note in it from the oud..I let it sit for probably 8 months and picked it back up a few days ago and it smells great

Okay so I’m terms of performance opulent musk has the edge but in terms of a scent personally I would go for Ana abiyedh…😬..so if I’m totally honest with you if you want performance then go with opulent musk…I hope that makes sense…and helps you choose…best wishes from JL

To be honest this opulent musk does go longer than Ana abiyedh rouge…it’s just that I personally prefer the Ana abiyedh rouge smell…the other thing is to haze it onto clothes and put it on moisturised skin and it will go further. Regards from JL

I really want to try as many as possible, with other notes, maybe you can find some clones of the famous world brands. A top 10 Arabic perfumes/ clones for women, would be really nice. Thank you!

In my skin and clothes smell horribleeee!!! Some KZbinrs said was the dupe of Pure by Narciso Rodriguez MAYBE but the super cheap/sintetic version.

I struggled with this, the musk note is screaming…what I would say is to leave it alone for a couple of months and then it settles down…someone recommended that to me and now it’s a far more wearable fragrance. It gets better with age…actually this one has very good performance and is nice once the settling process has done…best wishes from JL
