Super mami, i tried this recipe and it came out very well. Idlies are super soft and the salt tip also very good, i prepared the batter 5 days ago and made idly today, the batter was still fresh. Thanks for sharing

I keep looking for new tips to improve my cooking skills... I use same method but 2 cups of idli rice..now illbtru 3 :1 idli ruce and urad. Thanks mam for this amazing video. You are one of my favourites

Radha, I’m very happy to come across your channel. I made the pooshanikai, aval vathal. It came out good. I’m now going through so many of your recipes and I’ll be trying them out. I also am interested in a few hair oils too. I’m overseas , so I’ll try to get things if I. Can to make, keshavardhini oil. If you know a recipie,a vathal I tasted in Hasan, while I was teaching there. They told me they soaked the rice for 3 or 4 days, ground it, steamed it and a bit then dried it and it was heavenly. I made this at that time and now I don’t know the measurements and don’t remember if Urdu was added. I’ll appreciate if you can give this recipie. Thanks a lot for all your efforts.

நான் மிக்சியில் தான் அரைத்தேன் , இட்டிலி soft ah வந்தது தோசையும் அருமையாக வந்தது , நன்றி நல்ல உபயோகமான சமையல் குறிப்பு இந்த காலகட்டத்தில் 6 மணி நேரம் ஊற வைக்கிறது சரி, ஆனால் வெய்யில் காலத்தில் 6 மணி நேரம் உளுந்து ஊற வைத்தால் தண்ணீர் ரொம்ப நுரைத்து , பருப்பும் புளிச்சு போகாதா?
