This is great. But instead of using all these when the sink has dirty water, just use the same empty water bottel. Just press it to evict the air and press it mouth in the sink waste, and now release the pressing. That way the air will hobb of the dirty blockage and it will come out in the sink, and the water will pass off. You will see the blocking dirt in the sink. Remove it by hand and throw it in the waste bin. That way you are removing the blocking dirt from the waste line giving longer life of without blockage. Your method is only shifting the dirt deep inside at some other place.

Secondly try to make square strainer heavy one, and place it in both the sink. It will not allow food waste into the sink line, and you will see the food and vegetables dirt on top of this strainer. You can easily discard it into the waste bin. Good Life is in our hand if you throw all dirt and try to pass it through the sink, a day will make your kitchen sink miserable for you to handle. That too when the Guests are about to come. The strainer is similar to rectangle tray you use fur sweet setting. But holes like a strainer.

Use filter to drain. If you keep doing like this you will be free but the waste can get stuck and people living in lower floors will have water logging. This happens with Indian and Chinese residents in apartment complex here.
