First, create a list (for example, Reports List) that you want to display as cards using Shared Components | Navigation | Lists. Then, on the Home page, create a new region. Set its Type attribute to List, and select Reports List for the List option. On the Attributes tab, set List Template to Cards and set Template Options. Try different options in the Template Options and select one that suits you.
