Interesting to get a beter insight into how Oracle is going about implementing multi-tenancy in the database. I would be interested to discover how granular, and how effective the CDB Resource Plan is in practice, in terms of apportioning available resources fairly amongst participating tenants.

Hello Thanks for explaining 12c Architecture. I have one query, if suppose there are two PDB associated with one CDB and any one PDB goes down then what are its impact on second PDB as they have common memory architecture and it may happen that there may be some lock on memory by the first PDB(which goes down).
