Technology is a great marvel that we all benefit from and I am for improving making things better with technology. The human touch is lost, written off and no longer needed. I question the reduced the labour cost by 25-30%? Great, what do those 25-30 % who were laid off do? did they get retrained to be effective to use the new technology. In the future - in the sci fi shows I watch... Ai runs everything we all live in peace and we need for nothing. There is the odd intergalactic war which the united people of earth win, unfortunately we have not reached that perfect world and people still need to work and survive...
