Sir I joined a company 1 month back and I was on probation period and after one month I want to discontinue with the organisation now and sent the resignation to the company they are asking me to complete notice period as I am on probation of 6 months and I have only completed 1 month in the company they are demanding me to serve notice period of 3 months or give 3 months salary as due should it be possible for employer to take notice period waive off money I dont require experience letter or reliving certificate as I am switching my career to other profile other industry what should I do does probation period has notice period to serve or its just the HR and companies tactic to extort money from the employee by harrassing them

Wrong, the Day employe resign notice period start from that Day. Manager acceptance means whether he is interested in employees or not. If he will accept soon then HR will not try to retain employees.
