Even after we resign due to XYZ reasons, it is very important to keep our next job details very private and serve the notice period peacefully. I did the absconding, as the employer haven't left me any choice. I got COVID while working in the office from a co-worker, so I took 15 days leave (without pay) as my parents also got COVID from me, I have informed the director about my health and offered him the test results however he didn't want those and told other employees that I'm not attending office because I will quit the company. After 15 days when I joined again I found out that everybody got last month's salary except me. So I have to beg 3 times to get my salary. After this I have to endure regular insults from the director like I have spend a good 15 days holiday and I am not performing properly. So I just found a job within 7 days and quit the company without informing them.

Next semester will start from October 4th and will end by January 15th 2022. Now they increased my probationary period 6 months more. In the appointment letter they mentioned, the resignation period is to finish minimum 3 semesters(18 months). So the notice period is 2 months before the last working day of 3rd semester. Otherwise I have to pay 2 months salary to take my documents back and leave. But I'm not getting, whether I should finish the probationary period( finishes by March 2022) mandatorily inorder to give the notice for resignation even after finishing 18 months of service? If so, by when can I give the resignation? Can you kindly enlighten about this with calculations and dates?

Hi There, Just let me know, what is meant to happen in the below situation, as per law: A candidate joins a MNC organisation(ABC), but on 3rd day, candidate sends an official email to HR stating that he/she won't be able to continue his/her services with the organisation from the next day, stating a justified reason. Also, the management and HR team have been informed for the same over phone separately. Now, from the next day of sending the separation email and informing the concerned people of ABC organisation, the candidate joins another MNC, XYZ and started working with this new organisation. Now could you please let me know, does ABC organisation have any right to legally take any action against the candidate or what legal measures can be taken by ABC?

We didn't had any prior notice and not any single intimation regarding this. So in such case what action can I take aginst the company

Dear Sir, I have applied for resignation and the notice period is 60 days. But in my appointment letter it is mentioned that if I don't serve 60 days notice then I have to pay the gross pay of notice days not served. I am ready to serve 30 days notice period and also ready to pay 30 days gross pay. I have no dues to the organisation still the same is hesitant to waive my 30 days and forcing me to serve 60 days notice which will not be possible for me. And they are also threatening me that if I don't do that, they will abscond me. So please suggest what should I do?

Need to ask you this: If I am serving half of my serving period and not been able to serve full notice period, am I eligible from reliving letter? If yes how may days it should take to issue a relieving letter from company?
@pranshumishra95353 жыл бұрын
Relieving letter is issued only on last working day. Such date is visible on portal made for resignation. A key point to note is that, there should not be any dues on last working days to ensure you get relieving letter.

@@rohitkalyanashetti877 Try following means of grievance addressing mechanism. I was not able to understand your question completely. @@pranshumishra9535 thanks for quick reply.!! I tried to convince them... since I haven't got employment confirmation letter after 6 month of probationary term . I told HR, I am not confirmed employee & as probationary term it's only 30 days period . But now hr is saying if I have completed 6 month then automatically i come under confirmed employee status,where in appointment letter clearly says that they will provide confirmation in writing but they never issued any letter to me. Now HR saying if I don't serve 60 days notice he wil not provide relieving letter.. Need your opinion..

I had come down with fever last 2 weeks and I couldn't attend work. Also, right before my birthday, I was told that I don't wear good clothes, accused of substance abuse without proof, told to rework on things just like that, accused me of being rude to a client (Note: I am a creative copywriter who hasn't interacted with the client at all). I don't know what to do. I have to pay the bills and the debt. The place doesn't have healthcare or any other things.
