A minimum of 6 points earn a full mark
It is a Silent station
Writing needs to be clear and legible
Strike through with a single line in case of error
Read and understand the scenario to know what is expected of you.
You are likely to be tested on one of the 4 categories (Critical Care. Learning and physical Disability, Cancer care or End of life Scenario.

Hi, yes you need to identify the problem based on the scenario, state your goal and your intervention.

Only the intervention. But u need to identify which category of person or condition they want the intervention from. I had this in my Osce in November

What a student has to write in need identification for reassessment 8 houly

The needs for an 8 hourly reassessment based on the patient’s condition eg. Suctioning, moistening of the lips,etc.
