Yes Apical Periodontal Cyst ( Inflammatory ) also shows cholesterol crystals. But, Periodontal cyst simply stated could mean either Lateral periodontal Cyst (Developmental cyst) or Apical Periodontal Cyst ( Inflammatory ). Hence, Keratocyst is chosen as the best answer.

The lining epithelium may demonstrate linear or arch-shaped calcifications known as Rushton bodies. Some other sources indicate Rushton bodies are special types of Hyaline bodies that are often linear or curvilinear , whereas hyaline bodies appear as corrugated collagenous rings surrounding lymphocytes and plasma cells.
