i have 2.5 feet tank with1 feet width, your tank is only 6 inches bigger than mine, so 4 kg sand is probably enough if you want the same height of sand as in mine

Those look to be fancy gold fish most of them anyway they only grow to about 8 inches but he still does need a bigger tank
