Innavata90 A plastic or otherwise known as hard core is a 2 durometer setup. The core is harder so the wheel accelerates faster and spins longer.

Start small and work your way up. Definitely work on learning how to control the board and keep it steady; the smallest of movements at that speed can make you wipe out.

Also remember to wear protective gear(helmet and gloves= most important), its one thing with a skateboard and tricks: you get hurt a lot and can get very serious injuries and everything. With downhill longboarding however if you crash and knock your head you are gone. Most of your weight should be in front and you want to learn footbraking as soon as possible. It is usually good to know someone who actually goes those speeds coz they can teach you all the tips and tricks.

get heady shake bearings they have ceramic grease in them so they have a break in period of about 30-60 mins of riding if you don’t lubricate them

ChopperDuctions alright alright i can see i was wrong about that but what do you think they used to film it? as a downhill skater i know its too dangerous to be filming from on a board. whenever my friends and i ride our boards or drift trikes, we use a car or motorbike as a follow cam because they have control over their speed. so its more than likely its a vehicle of some sort, and even if the sound was added over the top it could still be a motorbike dude..
