Orange cake: just a few steps to make it SOFT and EASY TO MAKE! 🧡

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
260g (2 cups) of flour
170g (3/4 cup) of sugar
1 tbsp of orange zest
10g of baking powder
A pinch of salt
140ml (3/5 cup) of orange juice
120ml (2/3 cup) of vegetable oil
Icing sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl, pour the eggs, sugar, and zest, then add a pinch of salt and start whisking everything together.
2. Add the vegetable oil and orange juice, and continue mixing.
3. Now is the time for the sifted flour and baking powder, so they blend in better.
4. Mix everything. You should get a smooth and homogeneous mixture (you can also add chocolate chips).
5. Pour into a cake pan (24cm) and bake at 180°C/354°F for 40 minutes.
6. Give it a nice dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
