I love how you “super fast chopped” the chicken. I like those store bought sauces. Sometimes to make those sauces it costs more than to just buy it and then you have ingredients left over that you never use. Nice close up of the chicken - looks really good! Those look addicting!

Thanks 👍 I have that chop-a-matic fast cutting skill which makes it super easy! 🤣 And yes, sometimes it's easier to use store bought especially if you don't have the ingredients on hand. looks great. I like the double fry, after the sauce has sat on them for a few minutes they don't get as soggy! I'm also a fan of using the restaurant brand sauces. the convenience is amazing. Nice cook!

These are great Kevin! Super crunchy! I don’t think I can leave a Panda Express without getting some orange chicken! never made some at home though. I guess this will be a good project for me now.

Yes indeed, I almost always order Panda's orange chicken along with something else. Shallow frying worked and they were crunchy but not quite as crunchy as I would have liked. So next time I will wait a little longer for the 2nd fry and let the oil reach upwards or 490 - 500 before the second fry to get them even crunchier. But these were pretty good!!!
