Guys I made this cake for my family. No joke it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. They all loved it. It was light and not too much. Would deffo recommend!!

6 egg yolks! In curd n 4 whole eggs in cake. I dont want to aim 4 a heart attack. The cake alone without curd seems more practical. Will try it though. Seems like a nice recipe.

You're not eating the whole cake in one sitting, are you? Let's say you eat 1/10th of the cake (as would normal people and that is already a huge portion) then isn't that like eating less than 1 egg per portion (if you count the curd)? Plus you don't have to slather all the curd, you can control how thinly you want to spread the curd I guess...
