Paul Sr and his wife were walking through the Philly airport one time when I was there. No one knew who they were (most people wouldn't know them from the show unless they were motorcycle people). I jumped out of my chair in the gate waiting area and said hello, and he merely said "thank you" and kept walking. Wouldn't even shake my hand. That told me all I needed to know about him. It is always best to quietly, professionally coordinate or do verbal warnings to staff. This video is a perfect example for a business manager level training class. Sr is the chief executive, firstly he did the right thing by speaking to the manager, but to then go over the managers head and yell at his staff is unacceptable and it clearly shows why Paul Jr. left OCC. I like Sr and all but he needs to sit on his throne and be professional.
