Orange Cranberry Quick Bread Recipe | Cosmopolitan Cornbread

Made this for my sister that goes to chemo with me every wk,but added a little more sugar and topped it with a little sugar/zest mixture I let set for 3 days. Once you top the bread with it and bake, it has a little ‘cracklin’ feel. It IS AMAZING! Plus I made a thick orange cream frosting I piped on it and let it set overnight then made boxes and bagged before I took them and an extra for a chemo nurse that loves another organelle bread I make. This recipe was terrific! I know everyone makes everything there on but it is wonderful.

Cranberries and oranges. Such a winning combo. I’ve never heard of the sugar you used. I like the added touch it gives. Definitely need to look that up. I just watched a video where the lady has about 20 farmhouse aprons she just made to sell. They reminded me of you because of the cute prints. I’m so glad he’s better. My grand daughters cat is getting better slowly. Stray animals need a lot medical help. Poor things.
