Here’s my story with this bike. I demoed this model of bike earlier this year as a “substitute” for a double booked CUBE FF. This was my first ever e-bike experience and it felt amazing-I didn’t want to give it back! Fast forward a few months and in a moment of madness bought one online on sale foolishly thinking prices couldn’t get much lower and would sell out soon. HOW wrong was I !!! Despite this it’s a great riding bike with a very desirable build kit and shouldn’t give me a hernia lifting it into the house or car and although only 55nm is surprisingly punchy for what and where I ride,but I’ll always regret not hanging off for the mind boggling sales just now which could have got me a more powerful capable stylish e-bike for the (£6k) I paid for this one on sale.

when the bike is turned upside down, the display gets crushed

why does it come with a sram nx chain? just does not shift as well as any 12sp shimano chain

If it's not a shimano chain ring you shouldn't use a shimano 12s chain from what I remember.

I’ve asked this bikeshop for a help on contacting with shimano as I purchased battery found on google on them webpage I got my money back after a call as that was old webpage for fast cycle however no one was able to help me to get to direct contact with shimano I’m asking in public as i was ignored asking directly Can you please help or is there a secret deal between you and Shimano to not to support customers after warranty?

Hello, I’m sorry about this, the shop page where you purchased the battery should now be deleted. There are no secret between shimano partners and the shimano. We did speak to shimano about the battery and we were told that it is not a product that they sell anymore and production has ended. Not sure if any shops might have the odd one in stock but they are not available any more. Really sorry. Dave

@ I’ve found it in Germany so obviously it is possible it’s just lack of interest from Shimano uk to help customers here It’s unsustainable and creates a waste if individuals cannot rely on getting help after warranty You guys should support us customers more and stop buying products from those who cannot provide sufficient level of support My bike is my tool at work cannot buy a new bike every 2y it’s pointless

I just do not like the rear “triangle” looks horrid,probably why i dont own an orange bike!

I don't know about you but when I'm hurtling down a trail trying not to go over the bars the last thing I'm worried about is whether the trees and mud like what my rear triangle looks like.

@@donpalmeraif you are “trying to” not go over the bars,you are obviously not a very skilled rider are you,to some people,looks Re as important as spec and brand on an mtb,and the orange looks horrid,amd i think im not alone in this.

@@camperp195 Jeeeez doood, some of us are allowed to ride bikes in other places than nan's back yard. Even a skilled rider is afraid of going over the bars because it's not hard if you spend more time riding than looking at your bike. You'd know this if you actually rode anywhere that involved using your brakes. Also, instead of worrying about the looks of stuff your pocket money will never cover maybe learn to write properly or something.
