I have a program A with 2 start times and a program B. After B runs the controller skips the afternoon start time for A and sets the next start time for the following morning. So to get the afternoon cycle to run I have to turn off the controller and turn it back on. The correct afternoon start time then shows. Having to do that makes the whole "auto" concept a bit silly. Suggestions?

How do I set a start time for zones 5 and 6? I "cleared" them when I was working on my sprinkler system, and now I can't program anything past station 4.

Get a Rainbird SST400. They are so much easier to program and see what your program actually is. I manage over 30 properties and all but one has the Rainbird. The other has this Orbit. It's a headache.

I can’t get my system to water all stations at the same time. Every time I set it up only station 1 comes on... I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Hello, it is not possible to water all stations at the same time. This is not possible with any sprinkler timer of ours or any other brand that we're aware of. The reason is that zones are usually configured to handle the full pressure of a system, and so having more than one zone active at once would mean significantly reduced pressure & flow to each, likely causing many of the sprinklers not to work.

no that's all good, I put valve 1 and 2 on program a, with start time/ and run time. But when I put manual program A, only valve 1 comes on. That's where I'm confused as to why they don't come on together. thanks for quick replies

ok so I put valve 1 and valve 2 on program a, by putting a same start and run time for both of them. But still, only valve one is coming on at the set time. Not the other.

Starts OK but gets terribly vague going between Programs, stations and times. He needs to slow down. He's talking and pushing buttons way too fast.

i have mine set up to run 3 times a day but for some reason it runs all 3 programs 3 times a day.... help!

It sounds like you've got start times on all three programs. Each start time will run through all the zones on that program for whatever amount of time you have them scheduled. So if you want all the zones to run three times a day, you would need to just have one program set, but with three start times on that program. All other programs would have no run time for any of the zones, else they would run as well.

But this video is misleading. In order to water 6 different stations, you have to have 6 different values to operate! You just can't use one value and hope that the water will go to that specific station!
